Long day, no sleep 080912
Running on 2 hours of sleep. Woke up moved my car because of street cleaning then straight to work. After lunch rushed over to lakeshore plaza where I met up with B.Lau to train with some marine poolees. I didn’t do too bad until the end where I almost died haha. Definitely a fun and good workout on the beach and the weather was perfect! Maybe I’ll try to go again if work will let me...

First time learning and riding a bike today with people from my team. BIKING IS FINALLY OFF THE BUCKET LIST!!!!!! It was so scary at first but thankfully I had a very patient “coach” who always pushes me and encourages me when I feel like quitting. Also not going to forget the big BOOOOST you gave me hahah!
